For instance fly ends are multiple stitched and reinforced at the top and the bottom and they are sewn with a lockstitch using heavy duty thread. We take extra precautions for larger flags. For example, for flags 10’x15’ or larger, extra ripstop stitching is used and stars are appliqued on instead of embroidered for additional durability.
